Saint Michael Facility Rental



Follow the steps below to complete the process.

1. Read the Diocesan Facility Use Policy

2. Complete and return the Facility Use Application.

3. Once approved: complete and return The Diocesan Facility Use Agreement and Saint Michael Rental Agreement. Please pay special attention to the cleanup requirements of the facility to help keep our costs down.

4. You are encouraged to obtain insurance through your insurance carrier.  Please see the Facility Use Agreement for more details. A sample certificate of Liability is included in this packet. 

5. If this is impossible: complete and return the Diocesan Insurance Application.
